Bump update and new pushchair

Have been feeling really fed up today, I had at least 5 days where I had been feeling ok been doing quite a bit of walking and pain had been easing up.  Then last night I just could not get comfortable and was so tired, laying on my side my legs were aching so much and whichever side I layed on that side of my bump started hurting.  The usual having to get up to wee a million times and trying to drag myself off the bed.  Then today has been spent feeling tired and soooo uncomfortable he is so low down  in there i didn't think it was possible I could actually see and feel him moving in the lowest possible part of my pelvic region that if he got any lower he would be coming out.  I have been pacing up and down and been on all fours which was surprisingly quite comfortable.  If I feel like this till he arrives I don't know how I will cope even though Ive done it three times before.  I feel kind of ungrateful moaning about it all and thinking there's so m...

ONLINE WINDOW SHOPPING SOME THINGS I LOVE

Everyone loves a bit of window shopping don't they? well I do and as walking well I say walking more of a waddle/cowboy walk at the mo is getting too much for me I have been doing some online window shopping and thought i would share some of the things I am loving and wishing I could afford to buy. I really like this snowsuit from natures purest it looks really cosy for bubbas with the addition of the cute bunny ears and face on the hood, also its neutral colour makes it suitable for girls or boys.  My 4 year old daughter got their Natalie doll for Christmas and she loves it.  very good quality and eco friendly. Really need to get some new furniture for the girls room this year including a new bed for moo who is 4 and is soon going to outgrow her current bed but i have just seen these lovely drawers on kiddies kingdom website.     Doo who is 3 she loves dinosaurs and would love these drawers, moo is a lot more girly and would love the pink design....

labor Stories

I thought I would share my labor stories with you as I love hearing other peoples and watching programs like one born every minute.  No idea why I mean whats fun about watching someone in pain, I guess its to compare with your own experience and to remind you of that great feeling afterwards when you hold your little bundle of joy. As you may know i already have three children and all their births have been different but in one way the same is that they have all been distressed baby's and i had to spend all three labors laying on the bed hooked up to machines.  no walking around, bouncing on balls or birthing balls for me but hey who knows I haven't made a birthing plan in any of my pregnancies because labor just does what it wants to. With my eldest who is now fifteen I was induced three days early due to my mum being ill and baby being distressed (it's a sad story and maybe one day I will blog about that part but for now will stick to the labor.)  I went into h...

Things to buy before bump arrives

I'm normally quite an organized person but I seem to be slacking with getting everything ready before bump arrives. Although already having three children we are having to basically start from scratch as the only things I had kept were clothes but they are all pink.   Have so far bought   vests  blankets  bottles  hats  scratch mitts  sleeping bag  changing mat   sleepsuits  and a few other bits of clothing, muslin cloths and dribble bibs.  I think that's it but might of forgotten something. On my list of still to get is   a coat ( either all in one or seperate)  bibs  Moses basket and stand  sheets for moses basket  bouncy chair or swing  sterilizer (cold water ) I am still undecided on where I am going to buy the rest of his things from  especially the moses basket of which my budget is around £30 so if anyone has seen any nice ones suggestio...

My pregnancy week 28

28 weeks so I am officially 28 weeks today but feeling more like 38. My baby bump quite big I think with my other three i was more all the way round instead of straight out like it is this time which made me have my suspicions that bump was a boy this time. Everything about this pregnancy has been different to when I was pregnant with my three daughters. I will fill you all in on my pregnancy so far in another posts. what has 28 weeks brought for me? swollen ankles, feeling like I could wet myself at any given moment, waddling instead of walking, not sleeping very well as cant get comfy at all, I do have a maternity pillow which helps a bit but not miraculously.  Ive also had really bad aching  legs the last week or so my left leg a lot more than my right and more so at night so that isn't helping.  I'm seeing the midwife Monday for my 28 week check so will speak to her about it.  The time has gone so quick since my last midwife appointment which I...

A few things I love

I thought I would start off sharing with you some things (apart from my family) that I love comping I always remember my auntie entering comps and I must of caught the comping bug from her, she still enters them now  but only postal ones as she doesn't do computers.  I love entering competitions when I have a bit of time generally in the evenings when the kids have finally decided to go to sleep.  Ive always liked to win stuff I mean who doesn't, when I was about ten I entered a competition from a magazine I think and I won a keyboard which I loved and learnt to play when the saints come marching in. I never won anything else that i can recall until I discovered online competitions in around 2004 and started entering as many as I could I've never won anything big just little bits and pieces and some small value shopping vouchers but really I think its just the thrill of winning that I like. fake tan I don't know what it is but it makes me feel & I ...
